Checklist to the Tour

Planning for this year's trip is well underway!  We are excited to be taking 25 dancers to The Walt Disney World Resort!  The performance team will enjoy a half-day workshop with industry professionals, followed by a 25 minute show at Disney Springs on Sunday, September 25th, 2022!

Step 1 - Understanding Packages and Deposits
Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort as part of a Youth Performance Group is very different from vacationing there as an average guest.  Our group will be eligible for heavily discounted park tickets and room rates.  Please refer to the FACT SHEET for all deposit and final payment due dates.
Step 2 - Start Fundraising
The Disney Performance Team is searching for volunteers who would be willing to organize fundraising efforts. There are endless opportunities to raise funds through sales, active events, and raffles.  Forming a fundraising committee is crucial to helping families successfully afford a trip of this scale.

Step 3 - Preparing the Disney Dance Team
Miss Tina and her fabulous staff will be working in the months leading to September to produce a 25 minute showcase that will highlight the styles of our Dance Factory and Titan Youth dancers.  During this time Miss Tina and Staff will be planning for performance pieces and costuming, as well as scheduling rehearsals and local performance opportunities.  Stay connected with the team BAND (linked on the home page).

Step 4 - Getting Ready To Go!
As rehearsals go on, and the months pass, there will be many details to send our attention to! Family Planning Services and Know Before You Go meetings/videos will be released in the coming days!
